Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and digitally-savvy Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment, working on real campaigns, client acquisition, market research, and administrative activities. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will assist in the development, execution, and analysis of digital marketing initiatives that support our clients and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in hospitality industry
  • Assist in planning and scheduling social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Support campaign creation including copywriting, asset coordination, and basic graphic design
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with audiences, and report on performance
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content creation and performance tracking
  • Help with SEO tasks such as keyword research, meta tags, and on-page optimization
  • Track analytics and create reports on key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and suggest innovative ideas

What we are looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Passion for social media, content marketing, and digital trends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills
  • Fluent in English & Greek
