Deine Aufgaben
  • Bei uns sind keine Englischkenntnisse erforderlich. Du führst beratende und informative Verkaufsgespräche ausschließlich in deutscher Sprache
  • Als Customer Service Agent analysierst Du den Kund*innen-Bedarf und informierst zu passenden Produkten
  • Du sorgst für hohe Kundenzufriedenheit durch Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsansprüche im Kundenkontakt
Dein Profil
  • Du bist kommunikativ, kannst Kunden*innen begeistern, bist nicht auf den Mund gefallen
  • Du bist souverän und schlagfertig im Umgang mit Menschen und hast eine gute sprachliche Ausdruckweise (sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse) im Kundenkontakt
  • Du hast Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit dem PC
  • Du bist ambitionierter Quereinsteiger / ambitionierte Quereinsteigerin (auch ohne Ausbildung / ungelernt) oder du hast eine Ausbildung als Kaufmann / Kauffrau für Bürokommunikation, Rechtsanwalts- und Notar- Gehilfe (m/w/d), Versicherungskaufmann (m/w/d), Automobilkaufmann (m/w/d), Einzelhandelskaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann oder Kauffrau, Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d), Büro Angestellter (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder handwerklichen Bereich, ideal für Berufsanfänger*innen
  • Teilzeit ab 30h/Woche möglich
Dein Gehalt
  • Überdurchschnittliche Vergütung: 1.600,- Euro (brutto) Festgehalt / Monat
  • attraktiver Bonus: durchschnittlich 400,- Euro / Monat möglich
    1. und 14. Monatsgehalt
