Operation Manager with Expertise in Auto Insurance Industry.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service for auto insurance products
  • Preparation of offers – Market search
  • Preparation of presentations for auto insurance industry
  • Control/ handling of insurance policies
  • Registration of contracts & invoices/ applications to company's & insurances' portals
  • Registration & management of auto Claims
  • Check outstandings/ due dates of invoices & make necessary system arrangements
  • Preparing of renewals - Sending notifications
  • Reporting

Qualifications

  • University degree from Greek University or an equivalent degree from abroad and/or other institution
  • Very good use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint).
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Professional certificate of broker from the Bank of Greece (possibility for participating to exams upon their 1st announcement by the Bank of Greece, after recruitment)
  • Knowledge of Auto insurance industry/ insurance products/claims is a pre-requisite
  • Communication skills
  • Excellent use of written language (incl. ability to write texts, insurance offers, user manuals & procedures)
  • Organization skills
  • Teamwork
  • Willingness to learn
