Operations Specialist in Yachting

Istion Yachting specializes in providing seamless yacht and catamaran charters in Greece and Croatia, along with new yacht sales, brokerage, and comprehensive yacht management programs. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Specialist based in Alimos. The Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day operations of yacht charters, oversee fleet logistics and scheduling, liaise with partners to ensure smooth operations and the highest standards of service delivery.

Objectives of this role

• Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance
• Order supplies and manage inventory, coordinating with procurement and accounting departments
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Handle claims and damages
• Implementation of company policies, procedures & operational guidelines
• Conduct budget reviews
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Willingness to travel, as needed.

Required skills and qualifications

• Technical knowledge on yachts
• Experience in yachting
• Organizational skills, including time management
• Project management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent communication in English (written & verbal)
• Driving License

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in an operational or similar role preferably in yachting industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft |Office and other productivity applications and platforms
• Knowledge of ERP (Softone is a plus)
