Regulatory Advisor
to cover the following opening in Athens, Greece.

You have a challenging mission for:
a regulatory expert to lead key legal, competition, and consumer-protection projects, shaping policy positions and safeguarding the company from regulatory risks.

What you will do:

  • Is part of the Legal & Regulatory team of Nova
  • Leads key regulatory, competition and consumer-protection related projects in the area of electronic communications regulation
  • Collects and combines input from different business departmens, including technology and finance, to shape the company's position in relation to key regulatory issues
  • Address regulatory key pain points and bottlenecks to come up with efficient solutions
  • Anticipates, and guards the company against regulatory risks, with due appreciation of business parameters

It would be great if you have:

  • Experience in the areas of communications/ technology regulation or in other regulated industries
  • Good understanding of technological aspects and regulatory economics
  • Solid communication, writing & advocacy skills
  • Exposure in a variety of subject matters
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
  • Bsc and/or Msc Degree in Law or in other discipline relevant to main responsibilities
  • Post-graduate studies in areas related to main responsibilities
  • 4+ years of practicing regulatory experience in telecommunications, media or technology-related sectors is a plus
  • Excellent command of the English language
