L'Opportunité (2 Postes Ouverts): En tant que Spécialiste du Support, vous serez le point de contact clé pour les professionnels de la comptabilité, les propriétaires d'entreprises et les utilisateurs finaux qui ont besoin d'aide pour l'utilisation quotidienne d'une plateforme logicielle essentielle. Votre rôle est de fournir des solutions précises et rapides, que ce soit pour l'installation, les mises à jour logicielles, les questions de fonctionnalité ou les problèmes de connectivité.

Ce Que Vous Ferez:

  • Assistance Logicielle: Fournir une assistance de première ligne et de deuxième ligne pour le logiciel via téléphone et e-mail, en se concentrant sur les problèmes liés à la fonctionnalité du produit, à la configuration et à l'intégration.
  • Diagnostic des Erreurs: Mener des diagnostics approfondis des erreurs logicielles, des problèmes de données et des anomalies de rapport pour assurer l'intégrité des dossiers financiers des clients.
  • Formation des Utilisateurs: Guider les utilisateurs à travers des fonctions logicielles complexes, des meilleures pratiques et de nouvelles mises à jour.
  • Documentation: Enregistrer les tickets d'assistance et les solutions de manière détaillée dans le système de gestion des tickets, et signaler les bogues potentiels aux équipes de développement.
  • Qualité du Service: Maintenir des niveaux élevés de satisfaction client en offrant des réponses courtoises, professionnelles et précises dans les délais convenus.

Ce Dont Vous Avez Besoin Pour Réussir:

  • Compétences Linguistiques: Maîtrise parfaite du Français (C2/langue maternelle) et bonne maîtrise de l'Anglais (B2 minimum) pour l'environnement de travail technique.
  • Expérience Logicielle: Expérience préalable dans le support de logiciels (de préférence CRM, ERP, ou logiciels financiers/comptables).
  • Capacités Analytiques: Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à interpréter des messages d'erreur et des données techniques.
  • Attitude: Proactif, patient et capable de travailler efficacement dans un bureau dynamique, collaborant étroitement avec l'équipe de développement produit.
  • Intérêt pour la Finance: Une compréhension de base ou un vif intérêt pour les concepts de comptabilité de base ou de gestion de la paie est un avantage majeur.

We are looking for two Customer Service Specialists to join our Athens office and support the users of a leading financial and payroll management system for SMEs. This position is an excellent opportunity for those looking to merge their language skills with expertise in critical enterprise software.

The Opportunity (2 Positions Open): As a Support Specialist, you will be the key contact point for accounting professionals, business owners, and end-users who need help with the daily use of an essential software platform. Your role is to provide accurate and quick solutions, whether for installation, software updates, functionality questions, or connectivity issues.

What You Will Do:

  • Software Assistance: Provide first- and second-line support for the software via phone and email, focusing on issues related to product functionality, configuration, and integration.
  • Error Diagnostics: Conduct in-depth diagnostics of software errors, data issues, and reporting anomalies to ensure the integrity of clients' financial records.
  • User Training: Guide users through complex software functions, best practices, and new updates.
  • Documentation: Record support tickets and solutions in detail in the ticket management system, and report potential bugs to development teams.
  • Service Quality: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing courteous, professional, and accurate responses within agreed timelines.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Language Skills: Perfect command of French (C2/Native language) and good proficiency in English (B2 minimum) for the technical work environment.
  • Software Experience: Previous experience in supporting software (preferably CRM, ERP, or financial/accounting software).
  • Analytical Capabilities: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret error messages and technical data.
  • Attitude: Proactive, patient, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic office setting, collaborating closely with the product development team.
  • Interest in Finance: A basic understanding or strong interest in core accounting or payroll management concepts is a major asset.
