Nederlandstalige Klantenservice Medewerker Remote (alleen Athene) 

Werkmodel (BELANGRIJK): Deze functie is remote, maar alleen voor kandidaten die al in Athene, Griekenland wonen. Kandidaten die van buiten Griekenland verhuizen, zullen op locatie in Athene werken. Volledige ondersteuning bij verhuizing wordt geboden.

Talen: Nederlands (vloeiend) + Engels (minimaal niveau B2)

Contract: Vast 40 uur per week (8 uur per dag, 5 dagen per week)

Werktijden: Standaard ploegendienst per project (details tijdens het interview)

Training: Volledig betaalde training

Wat je gaat doen

  • Bied professionele klantenservice in Nederlands en Engels via telefoon, chat en e-mail.

  • Behandel vragen, registreer interacties en volg op om klanttevredenheid te garanderen.

  • Werk samen met een internationaal team om doelstellingen te behalen en processen te verbeteren.

Wie we zoeken

  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels B2+.

  • Klantgerichte, empathische communicator met sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden.

  • In staat om remote vanuit Athene te werken (als je daar al woont) of bereid om te verhuizen en op locatie te werken als je van buiten Griekenland komt.

  • EU-paspoort of geldige werkvergunning voor Griekenland.
