Role / Job Description

Shape the commercial side of energy & utilities.
 At Real Consulting, you'll own 
SAP SD
 workstreams on 
S/4HANA
 for Utilities customers, with a strong focus on 
seamless integration to SAP IS-U
. You'll translate business needs (retail supply, non-commodity services, device sales, field services) into clean SD designs that play perfectly with 
Meter-to-Cash
 and 
FI-CA
.

Qualifications

• What you'll do
• Lead end-to-end 
  SD
   scope for Utilities clients: 
  quotations, sales contracts, orders
  , billing outputs, and account determination—aligned with 
  IS-U
   processes.
• Design SD for 
  deregulated retail
   (sales in SD, billing in IS-U/FI-CA) and 
  non-commodity
   offerings (devices, services, maintenance).
• Integrate SD with 
  IS-U master data
   (BP/contract account), 
  move-in/move-out
   touchpoints, pricing/tariffs hand-off, and dunning/credit policies in 
  FI-CA
  .
• Orchestrate SD  
  MM/FI/CO/EWM/PM
   integration: stock & service items, returns, repairs, and field-service flows where relevant.
• Build robust interfaces (
  IDoc/API/EDI
  ) with CRM/e-commerce, AMI/MDMS (via IS-U), and market messaging (IDEX) where the SD process is impacted.
• Drive testing (unit/SIT/UAT), 
  cutover & data migration
   (customers/BP linkage, pricing, open SD docs), and 
  hypercare
   with clear KPIs.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with Billing, Credit & Collections, Customer Service, and Metering teams.
• What sets you up for success (must-haves)
• 5–6+ years
   of hands-on 
  SAP SD
   with multiple full-cycle implementations; at least one project in 
  Utilities
   or with 
  IS-U integration
   exposure.
• Strong 
  Order-to-Cash
   design: pricing/conditions, tax, output/BRF+, returns, intercompany; confidence working alongside 
  FI-CA
   and IS-U teams.
• Solid grasp of 
  deregulated vs regulated
   models and how SD coexists with 
  IS-U Billing/Invoicing
   and 
  Collections (FI-CA)
  .
• Experience integrating SD with 
  MM, FI/CO
  , and at least one of 
  EWM/PM/Customer Management (S/4 CM/CRM)
  .
• Excellent analysis & communication; steady delivery in fast-paced environments. 
  Fluent English
  ; 
  Greek
   strongly preferred for local engagements.
• Nice to have
• Convergent Invoicing (CI/BRIM)
   awareness for mixed portfolios; 
  rebates/Condition Contracts
   for partner programs.
• Fiori
   for S/4 Sales, 
  aATP/Backorder Processing
   (for device/logistics scenarios), 
  credit management (FSCM)
  .
• Familiarity with 
  IDEX/EDIFACT
   market processes and their impact on sales/contract flows.
