Role / Job Description

Own the Order-to-Cash backbone for leading brands. At Real Consulting, you'll design and deliver SAP SD solutions on S/4HANA, working shoulder-to-shoulder with clients across Europe. If you like solving tough logistics puzzles, integrating SD with the rest of the stack, and seeing your work go live, we should talk

Qualifications

What you'll do

Lead end-to-end SD workstreams (Fit-to-Standard go-live

  • hypercare) for S/4HANA programs.
  • Design pricing/conditions, tax, output/BRF+, credit management, returns, intercompany billing.
  • Integrate SD with MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM, and external systems via IDoc/API/EDI.
  • Drive testing (unit/SIT/UAT), cutover, and data migration (customers, pricing, open orders).
  • Advise stakeholders, mentor juniors, and keep delivery moving in fast-paced environments.

What sets you up for success (must-haves)

  • 5–6+ years in SAP SD with multiple full-cycle implementations on large programs.
  • Solid logistics/O2C process understanding and cross-module design (SD–MM–FI/CO–WM).
    Hands-on S/4HANA experience (or brownfield/ECC- S/4 exposure).
  • Strong analysis, clear communication, and steady execution under pressure.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
