Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
- Αξιολόγηση, έγκριση και διαχείριση αιτήσεων πιστοδότησης επιχειρηματικών και ιδιωτών πελατών.
- Ανάλυση οικονομικών καταστάσεων και αξιολόγηση της πιστοληπτικής ικανότητας πελατών.
- Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση του χαρτοφυλακίου δανείων, εντοπίζοντας πιθανούς κινδύνους.
- Συμμόρφωση με τις εσωτερικές διαδικασίες και το ισχύον κανονιστικό πλαίσιο.
- Χρήση και αξιοποίηση χρηματοδοτικών εργαλείων.
- Διαπραγμάτευση με πελάτες και συνεργάτες για τη βέλτιστη διαμόρφωση των όρων χρηματοδότησης.
- Συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα της τράπεζας για την εξασφάλιση βέλτιστης διαχείρισης του πιστωτικού κινδύνου.
- Εισήγηση στρατηγικών για τη βελτίωση της πιστωτικής πολιτικής και των διαδικασιών έγκρισης δανείων.
Προφίλ
- Πτυχίο σε Οικονομικά, Χρηματοοικονομικά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
- Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
- Τουλάχιστον 8 έτη εμπειρίας στον τραπεζικό τομέα, εκ των οποίων τουλάχιστον 3 έτη σε ρόλο σχετικό με την πιστοδοτική πολιτική και ανάλυση κινδύνου.
- Άριστη γνώση χρηματοοικονομικής ανάλυσης και διαχείρισης πιστωτικού κινδύνου.
- Καλή γνώση τραπεζικών κανονισμών και νομοθεσίας.
- Πολύ καλή γνώση ERP τραπεζικών συστημάτων και MS Office.
- Άριστες αναλυτικές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες.
- Ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων σε απαιτητικό περιβάλλον.
- Επαγγελματισμός, υπευθυνότητα και εχεμύθεια.
