As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and controlling the performance of the company's channels. You'll support the financial monitoring and performance evaluation, preparing reports, analyzing key indicators, and providing insights that help the business make informed operational and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and control the performance of the company's specific business channels.
• Drive short- and long-term forecasts and budget construction.
• Monitor operational KPIs and identify performance trends.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, supporting data collection and validation.
• Provide insightful commentary on key business indicators and performance drivers.
• Support the development of ad hoc analyses and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Partner with key stakeholders across functions to support decision-making and business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; MSc/MBA is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in a financial analyst or FP&A support role
• Experience in Retail or multi-location business is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP/BI tools
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Commercial, methodical and strategic concept
• Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple requests
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
