Η Sigma Security, μια από τις κορυφαίες εταιρείες στον χώρο των συστημάτων ασφαλείας στην Ελλάδα, αναζητά Sales Office Coordinator για την υποδοχή και την υποστήριξη του τμήματος πωλήσεων.

Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα αναλάβει την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών που επισκέπτονται το κατάστημα ή επικοινωνούν τηλεφωνικά, την καταχώρηση και παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών, την προετοιμασία προσφορών, τον συντονισμό αποστολών και την παρακολούθηση πληρωμών.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υποδοχή και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών στο κατάστημα
  • Διαχείριση τηλεφωνικών παραγγελιών και ερωτημάτων πελατών
  • Καταχώρηση παραγγελιών στο σύστημα ERP
  • Ενημέρωση πελατών για την εξέλιξη της παραγγελίας ή για τυχόν ελλείψεις
  • Προετοιμασία και αποστολή προσφορών
  • Συνεννόηση με τον πελάτη για τον τρόπο πληρωμής
  • Οργάνωση και συντονισμός τρόπου αποστολής παραγγελιών
  • Αξιολόγηση επιστροφών προϊόντων σε συνεργασία με τον Τεχνικό Διευθυντή
  • Εποπτεία παραδόσεων, εισπράξεων μετρητών και παρακολούθηση εισπρακτέων λογαριασμών
  • Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα για την ομαλή ολοκλήρωση της παραγγελίας

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου

  • Απόφοιτος/η ΙΕΚ ή ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε τμήμα πωλήσεων, παραγγελιοληψίας ή customer service θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση ελληνικών και καλή γνώση αγγλικών
  • Εξοικείωση με εφαρμογές MS Office και ERP
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
  • Ικανότητα συντονισμού πολλών εργασιών και διαχείρισης χρόνου
