Headquartered in Thessaloniki, SEleNe-CC is one of the five Regional Coordination Centers (RCCs) across Europe and plays a pivotal role in supporting power transmission system operators (TSOs). Our dedicated team provides integrated services to ensure the operational security of networks across Southeast Europe.

Role Overview:

SEleNe CC is seeking a highly motivated
IT Support Engineer
 to join its technical team in Thessaloniki. The role combines
1st and 2nd level end-user support
,
Windows and Linux server management
,
basic networking
, and the
automation of daily tasks
. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide
1st and 2nd level support
 to end-users (remote and on-site)

· Administer and maintain
Windows and Linux servers
, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365

· Perform basic
network troubleshooting
 (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, switches)

· Install, configure, and maintain systems including computers, printers, and VoIP systems

· Automate repetitive daily operational tasks to improve efficiency

· Support implementation of SEleNe CC's solutions, alerting systems, including backup, and cybersecurity tools

· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents, track issues through ticketing systems, and ensure compliance with SLAs

Required Qualifications

· –2 years of professional experience in IT support or system administration

· Strong knowledge of
Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and server administration

· Knowledge of
Linux environments

· Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, VPN, firewalls)

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Self-driven with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset

· Good command of English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

· Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Linux, Cisco CCNA)

· Experience in a TAC/NOC environment (ticketing systems, remote tools, monitoring, SLA tracking)

· Familiarity with ITIL Service Management principles
