Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an energetic and communicative team member to join our
Customer Service Team
, who will handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and support tickets, providing prompt, efficient, and friendly assistance to both consumers (B2C) and our network partners (B2B).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and tickets with a focus on achieving high first-contact resolution;
• Inform customers about shipment status, pickups/returns, and PUDO instructions;
• Monitor and coordinate the daily flow of shipments across the partner network;
• Manage communication with courier companies and PUDO locations;
• Provide immediate support to customer requests (B2B & B2C) via phone, email, and ticketing systems;
• Identify and resolve operational issues (e.g., delays, incorrect entries, partner inquiries);
• Escalate incidents to Operations or IT when required;
• Train and update network partners on procedures and new tools;
• Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Operations or Customer Service, ideally within logistics, courier, or retail environments;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on courtesy and efficiency;
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (courier companies, partner locations, customers);
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and MS Office;
• Strong problem-solving and real-time decision-making skills;
• Very good command of English (both written and spoken);
• Availability to work on a rotating schedule (e.g., morning/afternoon shifts)

Nice to Have

• Experience in a PUDO, last-mile logistics, or retail partnership environment;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Business Development)
