What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with experience working on client-facing web projects. We're excited to meet candidates who are passionate about growing their skills and solving meaningful technical problems

What You Will Work On

• Work with fun, diverse and like-minded developers.
• Collaborate closely with our Product, Data Science, and Design teams to develop thoughtful, well-researched features. Our developers have lots of product ownership and play a big role in shaping the future of our products.
• Solve challenging technical problems and work with complex data.
• Partner with our QA and DevOps teams to guarantee our applications are happy and healthy.
• Participate in internal meetups on all kinds of software engineering topics.
• Have the opportunity to subscribe to quite a few online resources, technical books and online courses.

What You Bring

Front-End Expertise

• Proficiency in TypeScript and its core concepts.
• Practical experience with a component-based front-end framework, such as React, Vue, Angular, etc. (React is our primary front-end framework).

Back-End Expertise

• Familiarity with building back-end solutions across various tech stacks.
• Solid understanding of relational databases—PostgreSQL experience is a plus.
• While prior experience with Ruby on Rails is great, it's absolutely not required If you haven't used Rails before but are enthusiastic about picking up new skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Overall

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Passion for learning and curiosity to explore new technologies—this is what matters most to us.
• A collaborative mindset with experience contributing to both front-end and back-end systems.
• Bonus points for experience working with React or TypeScript, but don't let this stop you from applying if you're confident in your ability to learn quickly and contribute meaningfully.
• Whether you're experienced in Rails or consider yourself an adaptable developer eager to grow, we're excited to support you in becoming a versatile full-stack engineer.
