Το Υπερταμείο αναζητά έναν/μία δυναμικό/ή και οργανωτικό/ή Project Monitoring and Information System Officer για να ενισχύσει την ομάδα της Μονάδας Συμβάσεων Στρατηγικής Σημασίας (PPF), με κύριο στόχο την ορθή παρακολούθηση και αποτύπωση των στοιχείων έργων που αναλαμβάνει η Μονάδα σε πληροφοριακά συστήματα παρακολούθησης. Στόχος είναι η ακρίβεια, η διαφάνεια και η αποτελεσματικότητα ως προς την παρακολούθηση των σταδίων και οικονομικών στοιχείων των έργων που αναλαμβάνει η Μονάδα κατά την ωρίμαση και υλοποίησή τους, σε πλήρη συμμόρφωση με το εκάστοτε σύστημα διαχείρισης και ελέγχου κάθε προγράμματος χρηματοδότησης.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Εισαγωγή των απαιτούμενων στοιχείων στο Ολοκληρωμένο Πληροφοριακό Σύστημα (ΟΠΣ) του εκάστοτε χρηματοδοτικού φορέα (π.χ. Ταμείου Ανάκαμψης, του ΕΣΠΑ, του ΠΔΕ), για όλα τα στάδια των έργων και επικαιροποίηση της προόδου των έργων στο ΟΠΣ προς αποφυγή καθυστερήσεων.
  • Συλλογή και καταγραφή πληροφοριών από τους Project Managers για την παρακολούθηση της προόδου των έργων και την επικαιροποίηση του ΟΠΣ.
  • Παρακολούθηση των οικονομικών στοιχείων των έργων σε συνεργασία με την Υπεύθυνη Παρακολούθησης Συμβάσεων.
  • Διασφάλιση της εσωτερικής ροής πληροφόρησης εντός της ομάδας αναφορικά με τις υποχρεώσεις της Μονάδας στο ΟΠΣ.
  • Συνεργασία με τα εσωτερικά τμήματα του οργανισμού για την επίτευξη στόχων και την εναρμόνιση της πληροφορίας.
  • Συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς φορείς για τη διασφάλιση της ροής πληροφορίας και τη διεκπεραίωση διαδικασιών του εκάστοτε Συστήματος Διαχείρισης και Ελέγχου (ΣΔΕ).
  • Υποστήριξη των ομάδων έργου για την τήρηση των υποχρεώσεων της Μονάδας σύμφωνα με το ΣΔΕ.
  • Παροχή της απαιτούμενης πληροφόρησης σε περιπτώσεις ελέγχου από αρμόδιους φορείς.
Requirements

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ ΤΕΙ σε οικονομική, τεχνική ή συναφή κατεύθυνση.
  • Επιθυμητός μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος.
  • Τουλάχιστον 3 έτη εμπειρίας σε διοικητική ή παρόμοια θέση.
  • Εμπειρία 1+ έτους σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο παρακολούθησης έργων ή MIS.

Ειδικές Γνώσεις

  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

  • Αναλυτική σκέψη, ακρίβεια, έμφαση στην λεπτομέρεια, ικανότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
  • Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας, συνεργασίας και διαχείρισης κρίσεων.
