Digital and Innovation Projects Officer

Onassis Stegi is looking for a highly organized and motivated professional to join our team as a Digital and Innovation Projects Officer for an 18-month contract. The job holder is expected to have a deep understanding of digital products and services development, to work with various teams, and aspiring to contribute to the strategic planning within the Onassis Group.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-department teams on the design, planning and implementation of digital development projects, including web-based properties, standalone applications and infrastructure systems
  • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring all project deliverables match the requirements and quality standards
  • Define requirements, engage stakeholders, and develop project plans
  • Act as liaison between internal teams and contractors to accommodate for changing requirements
  • Create support materials and assist external partners in training internal users on best practices
  • Monitor and report on web metrics or according to project-specific KPIs
  • Support and coordinate the operation of the Onassis Digital Lab, a physical space and series of actions and events related to innovation and Extended Reality technologies (AR/VR)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences and Technology, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, digital project management, digital fabrication lab management, Extended Reality technologies (AR/VR) lab management or educational / eLearning software position
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Greek
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & familiarity with Content Management Systems and front-end web technologies
  • Understanding of user-centric product design and SCRUM methodologies, with experience on project management software, such as Asana and Airtable
  • Understanding of the operation of a VR/ XR lab or a Fabrication Lab or eSchool/ eLearning environments
  • Solid understanding of SEO and web analytics
