Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Cost Control professional, located in Rhodes. The Assistant Cost Control will be responsible for assisting in the management and control of costs associated with hotel operations. Daily tasks include monitoring and analyzing cost reports, ensuring accurate cost accounting, and supporting the execution of cost-saving initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to optimize resource allocation and enhance cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Strong Analytical Skills for cost analysis
- Experience in Cost Reporting and Cost Accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
