Το AIORA AQUA RESORT αναζητά Cost Controller για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας. Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την παρακολούθηση και τον έλεγχο του κόστους λειτουργίας, την ανάλυση δαπανών και τη σύνταξη αναφορών που θα συμβάλλουν στη βελτίωση της αποδοτικότητας και της κερδοφορίας του ξενοδοχείου.

Καθήκοντα:

  • Παρακολούθηση καθημερινών δαπανών και προϋπολογισμού.
  • Ανάλυση κόστους ανά τμήμα (F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, κ.λπ.).
  • Σύνταξη οικονομικών αναφορών και προτάσεων βελτίωσης.
  • Έλεγχος προμηθειών, παραγγελιών και συμβολαίων με προμηθευτές.
  • Συνεργασία με το λογιστήριο και τη διεύθυνση για στρατηγικό έλεγχο κόστους.
  • Εξασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με εσωτερικές πολιτικές και διαδικασίες.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Οικονομικών, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφούς τομέα.
  • Εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση στον ξενοδοχειακό κλάδο.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Excel και ERP συστημάτων.
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη, οργανωτικότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας και επικοινωνίας με διαφορετικά τμήματα.
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών.
