Σήμερα απασχολεί πάνω από 300 εξειδικευμένους επαγγελματίες με βαθιά τεχνογνωσία στον τομέα τους. Κύριος μέτοχος πλειοψηφίας είναι η ΟΠΑΠ Α.Ε.

Ψάχνουμε άτομο για πρακτική άσκηση στον τομέα του ΙΤ, που θέλει να μάθει, να εξελιχθεί πάνω στον κλάδο.

Καθήκοντα:

  • Συμμετοχή στην παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης στους χρήστες και επίλυση προβλημάτων όταν προκύπτουν.
  • Συμμετοχή στη διαχείριση λογαριασμών χρηστών και δικαιωμάτων πρόσβασης σε εφαρμογές όπως Entersoft, Exelsys, Microsoft 365, Aberon και Jira.
  • Συμμετοχή σε παρακολούθηση και συντήρηση της υποδομής πληροφορικής της εταιρείας, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του υλικού (hardware), λογισμικού και του δικτυακού εξοπλισμού.
  • Συνεργασία με άλλα μέλη της ομάδας IT και με εξωτερικούς προμηθευτές.

Επιθυμητά προσόντα:

  • Να είσαι φοιτητής/τρια σε σχετικό αντικείμενο (Πληροφορική, Δίκτυα, Ασφάλεια).
  • Βασική κατανόηση θεμάτων IT.
  • Όρεξη για μάθηση και συνεργασία με την ομάδα.
  • Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας με τεχνικό αλλά και μη τεχνικό προσωπικό.
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων, αναλυτική σκέψη.
  • Δυνατότητα εκπόνησης πρακτικής μέσω προγράμματος (π.χ. ΕΣΠΑ).
