Η εταιρεία μας αναζητά έναν/μία έμπειρο/η Project Manager με ισχυρές διοικητικές και οργανωτικές ικανότητες, προκειμένου να αναλάβει την ευθύνη σχεδιασμού, διαχείρισης και ολοκλήρωσης έργων προμηθειών και υπηρεσιών. Ο/Η Project Manager θα ηγηθεί όλων των φάσεων ενός έργου, από την έναρξη έως την ολοκλήρωσή του, εξασφαλίζοντας την τήρηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων, προϋπολογισμού και παραδοτέων καθώς και τη συμμόρφωση με το θεσμικό πλαίσιο των δημοσίων συμβάσεων για τη βέλτιστη υλοποίηση των έργων.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες του ρόλου

  • Υποδοχή έργων και συμμετοχή στην προετοιμασία των σχετικών συμβάσεων και συμφωνιών
  • Στρατηγικός σχεδιασμός των φάσεων του έργου, εκτίμηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων,  διαχείριση κρίσιμων παραμέτρων επιτυχίας και κινδύνων
  • Διερεύνηση αναγκών συμβουλευτικής υποστήριξης και συμμετοχή στη διαδικασία επιλογής συμβούλων
  • Οργάνωση και καθοδήγηση της ομάδας έργου, καθορισμός ρόλων και διασφάλιση ομαλής συνεργασίας
  • Διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού έργου, έλεγχος κόστους και οικονομικών παραμέτρων
  • Συνεχής ενημέρωση των εργαλείων Project Management (PMS, PPF App) και τήρηση αρχείων
  • Παρακολούθηση και αξιολόγηση των παραδοτέων και των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών των εξωτερικών συνεργατών (τεχνικών, νομικών, χρηματοοικονομικών συμβούλων)
  • Διαχείριση της επικοινωνίας και της συνεργασίας με δημόσιους φορείς και αρμόδιες αρχές
  • Υποβολή αναφορών προς τη διοίκηση και τους αρμόδιους φορείς σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις του έργου
  • Αξιολόγηση αποτελεσμάτων ("lessons learnt")

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο από Ανώτατο Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Ελλάδας ή εξωτερικού (θετικής κατεύθυνσης, πληροφορικής, διοικητικής επιστήμης ή οικονομικής επιστήμης)
  • Μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές σε τεχνικό αντικείμενο, διοίκηση επιχειρήσεων, οικονομικά και συναφείς ειδικεύσεις θα εκτιμηθούν

Εμπειρία

  • Τουλάχιστον 7 έτη εμπειρίας μετά την απόκτηση του πτυχίου
  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία στη διαχείριση συγχρηματοδοτούμενων έργων και προγραμμάτων
  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία στην προετοιμασία και υποβολή προσφορών οικονομικών φορέων στο πλαίσιο δημόσιων διαγωνισμών ή/και την αξιολόγηση προσφορών στο πλαίσιο δημόσιων διαγωνισμών
  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία σε δημόσιες συμβάσεις (προμήθειες/υπηρεσίες) και γνώση της σχετικής νομοθεσίας και ειδικότερα του Ν.4412/2016
  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία στην κατάρτιση τεχνικών προδιαγραφών δημοσίων συμβάσεων προμηθειών ή/και υπηρεσιών
  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία στον σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση έργων πληροφορικής

Ειδικές Γνώσεις

  • Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά)
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office
  • Γνώση σε εργαλεία Project Management θα συνεκτιμηθεί
  • Εξοικείωση με  πληροφοριακά συστήματα που χρησιμοποιούνται στο πλαίσιο της εφαρμογής συστημάτων διαχείρισης και ελέγχου ΣΕΔ (ΤΑΑ, ΕΣΠΑ, ΠΔΕ)
  • Επιθυμητή η εμπειρία του θεσμικού πλαισίου των κρατικών ενισχύσεων
  • Επιθυμητή η εμπειρία του θεσμικού πλαισίου προστασίας δεδομένων προσωπικού χαρακτήρα (GDPR)
  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία χρήσης πλατφόρμας ΕΣΗΔΗΣ και e-Notices

Δεξιότητες που απαιτούνται για τον ρόλο:

  • Στρατηγικός σχεδιασμός, συντονισμός και διαχείριση έργων
  • Ικανότητα έμπνευσης και καθοδήγησης της ομάδας προς την επίτευξη των στόχων του έργου
  • Διευκόλυνση της ομαδικής εργασίας και της ανταλλαγής ιδεών
  • Ανάληψη ευθύνης και λήψη αποφάσεων με σιγουριά
  • Ανθεκτικότητα σε πιεστικά χρονοδιαγράμματα και αυστηρές προθεσμίες
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών χωρίς να χάνεται η εστίαση
  • Διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες και επίλυση συγκρούσεων
  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης καταστάσεων και εύρεσης δημιουργικών λύσεων
  • Προσωπική ακεραιότητα, υπευθυνότητα και επαγγελματισμός
