What Youll Be DoingAssist French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email
Troubleshoot common issues (dont worrywe provide full training)
Ensure a smooth and friendly customer experience
Work closely with a multicultural, collaborative team
C2-level French and B2-level English (or higher)
Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
A curious, adaptable mindset and team spirit
No experience requiredjust the drive to learn and grow
