Restaurant Manager

for a premier restaurant location in Mykonos

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Oversees daily operations of the restaurant to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Implements operational strategies that enhance financial performance and ambiance.
  • Leads menu development and actively engages in food tasting processes.
  • Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing front-of-house staff.
  • Monitors staff performance, providing feedback and support to encourage professional growth.
  • Ensures exceptional service delivery; promptly addresses and resolves customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Conducts monthly financial audits and manages inventory and supply orders.
  • Maintains compliance with health and safety regulations to provide a safe dining environment.

Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or similar field.
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a luxury or resort setting.
  • Fluent in Greek and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage staff and enhance team performance.
  • Analytical skills with a focus on financial performance and budget management.
  • Passion for customer service and commitment to providing an experience that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Eligible to work in Mykonos or willing to relocate.
