As a Business Analyst you will:

  • Create and maintain documentation for our next-generation retail planning and optimization solutions. Develop clear and concise technical documentation, user guides, release notes, and training material
  • Deliver training to support clients and internal teams and ensure product adoption
  • Analyze business user requirements, design and test new features and functionalities for our products, facilitating the complete software development lifecycle and contributing to the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with SMEs, product managers and engineers to collect accurate information and turn insights into actions that drive product success
  • Utilize multiple data structures and sources to perform highly complex data manipulation
  • Recognize which new processes must be added to support the new software
  • Embed the new processes into the current flow
  • Assist with Solutions Tuning and Optimization
  • Define and implement KPIs per Solution

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of working experience as a business analyst or relevant role on a corporate level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Strong documentation and organization skills
  • Use technology, resources and time efficiently. Ability to learn quickly and apply information to appropriate tasks

Desired Skills:

  • Familiar with basic Supply Chain and Logistics concepts
  • Familiar with Databases and data manipulation techniques; understanding and designing information flow and data requirements
  • Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodology
  • Familiarity with documentation tools (Markdown, MKdocs, Confluence, Git)
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts, technical architecture and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
