EmbryoClinic, Medically Assisted Reproduction Unit based in Thessaloniki, is seeking a Coordinator for Serbian-speaking patients to join our team.

Role Summary

The Serbian-speaking Patient Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between the clinic and patients from Serbia and other Serbian-speaking regions. The role ensures a seamless patient experience from initial inquiry to completion of treatment by providing clear communication, guidance, and support at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inquiries from Serbian-speaking patients via phone, email, and digital channels.

  • Coordinate appointments, medical documentation and translation needs.

  • Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to ensure efficient organization of patient treatments.

  • Monitor patient progress and maintain high standards of service and support.

  • Handle essential administrative tasks related to international patient coordination.

Success Metrics

  • Patient satisfaction levels and percentage of positive feedback.

  • Response time to inquiries and timely completion of coordination tasks.

  • Accuracy and efficiency in scheduling and administrative processes.

  • Consistent, high-quality communication between patients and clinical teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent command of Serbian and very good command of English.

  • Prior experience in customer service, patient support, or an administrative role.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Greek.

  • Experience working in international settings or with patients from abroad.
