Ως Back-end Operations Engineer, θα είσαι υπεύθυνος για την υποστήριξη, βελτιστοποίηση και συνεχή ανάπτυξη του server-side περιβάλλοντος της πλατφόρμας μας, με έμφαση στο Moodle LMS και άλλα CMS συστήματα. Θα συνεργάζεσαι στενά με Frontend Developers, UI/UX Designers και DevOps για την παροχή πλήρως λειτουργικών και αποδοτικών λύσεων.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Ανάπτυξη custom λειτουργιών (plugins/modules) για Moodle LMS και άλλα CMS
  • Διαχείριση, βελτιστοποίηση και troubleshooting βάσεων δεδομένων (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
  • Διασύνδεση του Moodle με third-party APIs ή εργαλεία (π.χ. CRM, SSO)
  • Υλοποίηση και βελτίωση CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Docker)
  • Υποστήριξη στη διαχείριση server υποδομών (Linux-based hosting, Apache/Nginx)
  • Συμμετοχή σε τεχνικές αναλύσεις, αποσφαλμάτωση και επίλυση προβλημάτων παραγωγής
  • Συνεργασία με την υπόλοιπη τεχνική ομάδα για τον σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση scalable λύσεων

Τι ψάχνουμε:

  • 3+ χρόνια εμπειρία σε back-end ανάπτυξη web εφαρμογών
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση PHP (ιδανικά εμπειρία με Moodle ή άλλο LMS)
  • Εμπειρία με βάσεις δεδομένων (MySQL, PostgreSQL) και βελτιστοποίηση ερωτημάτων
  • Εμπειρία με CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla) σε επίπεδο επέκτασης/προσαρμογής
  • Γνώση εργαλείων CI/CD όπως Git, Jenkins, Docker
  • Καλή κατανόηση REST APIs και JSON
  • Εμπειρία σε troubleshooting server-side ζητημάτων (logs, performance, debugging)
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα να εργάζεται σε περιβάλλον ομάδας
  • Γνώση σε Moodle θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα (plus)
  • Bonus: Εμπειρία σε DevOps ή cloud περιβάλλοντα (AWS, Azure)
