We are looking for a naturally curious
Digital Account Manager
with a strong eagerness to learn to join our team of experts and help us develop and support the day-to-day work of client service, ensuring client satisfaction. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and providing regular reports to clients, planning content calendars and spearheading email marketing campaigns. The candidate's contributions will directly impact on our clients' success and enhance their digital presence. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in client management skills and good knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem.
Responsibilities
:
- Manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and work with performance marketing team to implement performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
- Overseeing the creation and organization of content calendars, while coordinating with internal or external teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Leading email and SMS marketing campaigns: Directing the strategy and execution of email and SMS marketing initiatives, including briefing and guiding internal or external teams to achieve optimal results.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and provide insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute comprehensive digital strategies that deliver results.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop customized solutions that meet their needs.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of our digital marketing strategies.
Requirements
:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working with ecommerce clients is a plus
- Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn new skills and techniques
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics
- Proficiency in Google Ads
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager
- Basic Looker Studio knowledge is considered a plus
- Fulfilled Military obligations for candidates
