About the Role
We are building a premium, modern, and edgy lifestyle brand, and are looking for a
versatile
talent - someone who can move seamlessly between creativity, operations, digital, retail, brand and business.
As a startup in our 5th year, we need a partner who thrives on wearing many hats, who sees this role as a chance to gain 360° knowledge of how a business operates, and who is motivated by the idea of building something iconic from the ground up.
This is a hands-on role for someone ambitious, curious, and resourceful - a brand builder in the making.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding
- Generate creative ideas and concepts that align with brand values but are innovative and fresh.
- Plan content shoots, book influencers, and contribute ideas for campaigns.
- Write newsletters and marketing copy.
- Support PR and collaborations with aligned brands/creators.
Social Media & Community
- Upload pre-approved content to Instagram and TikTok according to schedule.
- Engage with the community and respond to customer questions/comments.
- Support influencer outreach and social activations.
E-commerce & Fulfilment
- Oversee the Shopify website and online retail orders - from processing to packaging and dispatch.
- Monitor product inventory and update stock on the website.
- Support on product packaging and aftersales queries.
Retail & Wholesale Coordination
- Communicate with retail stores to send collections and track stock movement.
- Manage restocks and ensure timely delivery of collections.
Client Servicing
- Respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, calls, TikTok, and Instagram.
Vendor & Logistics Handling
- Coordinate with courier partners and logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery.
Internal Systems & Workflow
- Maintain trackers, timelines, and checklists for daily operations.
- Contribute creative insight to improve processes and elevate the brand experience.
- Work closely with the founder on scaling and day-to-day priorities.
- Current systems: Shopify, Aftersales Pro, Epsilon Smart,
Creative & Brand Direction
- Oversee visuals, content, photography, and copywriting.
- Maintain a consistent, elevated aesthetic across all brand touch points.
- Collaborate with external creatives, designers, and agencies when needed.
Market Development & Growth
- Identify growth opportunities in new markets
- Support retail and wholesale expansion, events, and trade shows.
- Build collaborations with aligned brands and creators.
Profile We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years in brand, marketing, content, or operations (fashion/lifestyle a plus).
- Versatile and hands-on; thrives in a startup where no two days are the same.
- Strong creative energy with the ability to execute.
- Excited to learn and gain exposure to all aspects of brand-building (marketing, retail, e-commerce, operations).
- Familiarity with Shopify and digital tools a plus.
