Senior Accountant

Με την δημιουργία εφαρμογών διαχείρισης εργασιών και παρακολούθησης στόλου, η Telenavis συνδυάζει τη χρήση σύγχρονων εργαλείων γεωγραφικής πληροφορικής με τρεις ταχέως αναπτυσσόμενες τεχνολογίες όπως το δορυφορικό προσδιορισμό θέσης (GPS), την απομακρυσμένη ασύρματη μετάδοση δεδομένων (Τηλεματική) και τις πολλαπλές δυνατότητες του διαδικτύου (WEB).

Senior Accountant

.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες :

·      Καταχώρηση παραστατικών και μηνιαίος έλεγχος ισοζυγίου

·      Κατάρτιση και αποστολή της περιοδικής δήλωσης του Φ.Π.Α.

·      Κατάρτιση και αποστολή του ανακεφαλαιωτικού πίνακα αποκτήσεων & παραδόσεων αγαθών και υπηρεσιών. (listing)

·      Κατάρτιση της δήλωσης intrastat

·      Υπολογισμός και αποστολή μέσω internet των δηλώσεων των λοιπών παρακρατούμενων φόρων.

·      Κατάρτιση και αποστολή των βεβαιώσεων αμοιβών από επιχειρηματική δραστηριότητα.

·      Έλεγχος μητρώου παγίων της εταιρείας και των αποσβέσεων της χρήσης.

·      Εργασίες τέλους χρήσης της εταιρείας.

·      Σύνταξη και υποβολή των δηλώσεων φορολογίας νομικών προσώπων.

·      Σύνταξη των οικονομικών καταστάσεων βάσει των Ελληνικών Λογιστικών Προτύπων.

·      Ανάρτηση των οικονομικών καταστάσεων στο σύστημα ΓΕΜΗ.

·      Υποβολή του αρχείου στην Τράπεζα της Ελλάδος.

·      Υπολογισμός και έκδοση μισθοδοσίας καθώς και διαχείριση του ΕΡΓΑΝΗ

·      Σύνταξη και υποβολή Αναλυτικών Περιοδικών Δηλώσεων (ΑΠΔ) στον ΕΦΚΑ.

·      Προετοιμασία και υποβολή αρχείου (JL10) μηνιαίων βεβαιώσεων αποδοχών για κάθε εργαζόμενο.

·      Υποβοήθηση σε εξωτερικές εργασίες που αφορούν τις δημόσιες υπηρεσίες, αν κριθεί απαραίτητο

·      Λοιπές λογιστικές εργασίες που απαιτούνται για εταιρία Α.Ε.

Γνώσεις και δεξιότητες

·      Τουλάχιστον 5 έτη εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση και γνώση Λογιστικών και Φορολογικών υποχρεώσεων εταιρίας Α.Ε.

·      Πτυχία σε Λογιστική ή Οικονομικά

·      Δικαίωμα υπογραφής θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν αλλά όχι απαραίτητο

·      Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας

·      Πολύ καλή γνώση ηλεκτρονικών συστημάτων και προγραμμάτων (MS Office, Accounting & ERP systems)

·      Αναλυτική σκέψη και δεξιότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων

·      Εξαιρετική επικοινωνία και ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας
