About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Revenue Products Associate
to join our
Revenue Products/Ancillaries team
in the
Commercial Division
, to support the development, control, and optimization of the revenue-related products and ancillaries across all distribution channels, contributing directly to the company's revenue performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures proper setup and availability of the revenue products and ancillaries across all sales channels (direct & indirect).
  • Monitors and evaluates the performance of the ancillary products, identifying the areas for improvement.
  • Supports in pricing, revenue optimization, and commercial alignment of the ancillary services.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Operations) to ensure consistency in the offering and commercial strategy.
  • Performs regular reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Conducts on-site visits across the network to ensure product visibility, compliance with commercial guidelines, and gather market insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • IT literate (excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel for data handling & analysis).
  • Passion for travel and willingness to travel frequently within the company's network.
