About the role

We are currently seeking Offer Management &Pricing Analysts in our commercial division. The Pricing Analysts will be responsible for setting and optimizing the fares of AEGEAN's network. Additionally, the Pricing Analysts will work closely with Offer Management Analysts who will be responsible for defining the flight product proposition and maximizing its revenue by analyzing historical data taking into consideration price elasticity, demand, market characteristics and customer segmentation. What you will do:

• Contribute to the design, development and implementation of flight offer and ancillary strategies
• Perform detailed analysis and reporting, including recommending changes in price and product offering that increase the revenue of flight, ancillary products and Fare Brands.
• Monitor competition fares and policies to ensure competitive pricing for AEGEAN's network
• Prepare extensive analysis and interpretation of available data and information to understand market conditions and competitive positioning
• Work closely with the Product, CRM, and Sales teams to provide insights on pricing, identify and deliver high impact product improvements and optimizations
• Define and measure success targets and KPIs for fare brands and ancillary products

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration or other Quantitative degree
• 1-3 years of professional experience in a related field
• Advanced level of MS Excel Analysis Skills
• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI is preferred
• Fluency in oral and written English &Greek

And you have competence in:

• Communicating effectively in a structured manner, with all stakeholders
• Thinking in an analytical and proactive way, demonstrating attention to detail
• Demonstrating positive attitude with a collaborative approach
• Organizing, managing changing priorities and meeting deadlines
• Problem solving and managing projects in an efficient manner
