Η εταιρεία συμβούλων και διαχείρισης ξενοδοχειακών spa Duke & Queen Spa Experts αναζητά για λογαριασμό νεόδμητου 4* sup boutique ξενοδοχείου, Spa Supervisor / Spa Manager με πάθος για την φιλοξενία, την ομορφιά και την ολιστική ευεξία, για σταθερή πλήρη απασχόληση.

Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα πρέπει να είναι υπεύθυνος για την γενική λειτουργία του Spa, τη διαχείριση της ομάδας των θεραπευτών, την εξασφάλιση των υψηλών προτύπων εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, καθώς και την εμπορική ανάπτυξη του χώρου σε συνεργασία πάντα με την διοίκηση του ξενοδοχείου.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε ανάλογη θέση, σε spa και χώρους ευεξίας υψηλών προδιαγραφών.
  • Άριστες οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Ικανότητα ηγεσίας, συντονισμού ομάδας και λήψης πρωτοβουλιών.
  • Ευγένεια, επαγγελματική παρουσία και προσανατολισμός στην άριστη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (επιπλέον γλώσσες θεωρούνται πλεονέκτημα)
  • Άνεση στη χρήση Η/Υ , POS και συστημάτων κρατήσεων.
  • Πιστοποίηση σε μασάζ ή εξειδικευμένες θεραπείες σώματος / προσώπου.
  • Εμπειρία σε spa training
  • Ικανότητα marketing / social media προώθησης υπηρεσιών spa .
  • Προϋπηρεσία και γνώση πρωτόκολλων λουτρικής περιποίησης ( hammam ) θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Οι υποψήφιοι θα πρέπει να διαθέτουν ομαδικό πνεύμα και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και εμφάνιση
  • Όρεξη για εξέλιξη και ανέλιξη
  • Απόφοιτοι - πτυχιούχοι ειδικότητας massage - spa therapist ή hammam therapist
