Ως Αντιπρόσωπος Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών, θα λειτουργείς ως σύνδεσμος, παρέχοντας πληροφορίες σχετικές με την υπηρεσία και επιλύοντας με ακρίβεια και αποτελεσματικότητα τυχόν προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζουν οι πελάτες. Θα είσαι το πρώτο σημείο επαφής για κάθε πελάτη που έχει μία ερώτηση ή πρόβλημα σχετικά με την υπηρεσία. Πρέπει να είσαι επικοινωνιακός, υπομονετικός και να δείχνεις κατανόηση. Πρέπει να μπορείς να μπαίνεις στη θέση των πελατών και να κατανοείς πλήρως την κατάσταση στην οποία βρίσκονται. Ως ειδικός εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, είσαι από τη φύση σου ικανός να επιλύεις προβλήματα. Αν δεν έχεις αρκετές πληροφορίες, θα διερευνήσεις για να επιλύσεις τα παράπονα των πελατών. Στόχος σου είναι να διασφαλίζεις άριστες προδιαγραφές εξυπηρέτησης, να παρέχεις αποτελεσματικές απαντήσεις σε ερωτήματα πελατών και να διατηρείς ένα υψηλό επίπεδο ικανοποίησής τους.

Main Responsibilities

  • Δημιουργία βιώσιμων σχέσεων και σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης με πελάτες μέσω ανοιχτής και διαδραστικής επικοινωνίας.
  • Παροχή επακριβών, έγκυρων και ολοκληρωμένων πληροφοριών με τη χρήση των σωστών μεθόδων/εργαλείων.
  • Διαχείριση παραπόνων πελατών, παροχή κατάλληλων λύσεων και εναλλακτικών εντός χρονικών περιθωρίων, παρακολούθηση του ζητήματος προς επιβεβαίωση της επίλυσής του.
  • Τήρηση διαδικασιών, οδηγιών και πολιτικών επικοινωνίας.
  • Εκπαίδευση νέων πελατών.
  • Καταχώρηση δεδομένων στην πλατφόρμα.
  • Συγγραφή άρθρων στη γνωσιακή βάση της πλατφόρμας.
  • Εργασίες εκτός γραφείου (επισκέψεις σε πελάτες, door-to-door επικοινωνίες με πολυκατοικίες, κλπ.)

Requirements

  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση πολυκατοικιών και κοινοχρήστων.
  • Εμπειρία στην υποστήριξη πελατών.
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office.
  • Εξοικείωση με συστήματα και πρακτικές CRM.
  • Ικανότητα πολλαπλής εκτέλεσης εργασιών ταυτόχρονα, ορισμού προτεραιοτήτων και αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης του χρόνου.
  • Απολυτήριο Λυκείου.
