About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Media Editor

to join our Creative Media team
on-site in Kifissia, Attikis

. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling and eager to grow within the luxury real estate industry. You will assist in editing property photos and videos, ensuring each project reflects high quality, elegance, and brand consistency. This position is available as
full-time, part-time, or contract

, offering flexibility while providing hands-on experience in a dynamic, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Head Photographer on all photo and video projects.
  • Edit property photos

: exposure correction, color grading, sky replacement, window pulls, and object removal.
- Enhance video, drone footage, and lifestyle clips with smooth transitions, music, and branding.
- Assist with
advanced edits

such as voiceovers, motion graphics, and color grading.
- Organize and manage digital media files for efficient workflow.
- Follow brand guidelines to maintain a consistent, luxury aesthetic.
- Continuously learn
advanced editing techniques

(exposure correction, color grading, sky replacement, window pulls, and object removal, motion graphics enhancements)

Qualifications

  • Good command of English

(written and spoken).
- Skilled in
Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong interest in
real estate, architecture, and design.
- Understanding of luxury aesthetics

—composition, lighting, and color tone.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and creative.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new workflows.
- Basic knowledge of
photography and videography

(DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, gimbals).
- Prior experience in
real estate media editing

is preferred.
