Με στρατηγικό σχέδιο ανάπτυξης και στόχο να εξελιχθούμε σε σημείο αναφοράς στην αγορά ακινήτων προδιαγραφών, επενδύουμε σε ανθρώπους και καινοτομία. Αναζητούμε Executive Assistant με εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, που θα υποστηρίξει το έργο της διοίκησης και θα συμβάλει ενεργά στην ενίσχυση της παρουσίας μας τόσο στην αγορά όσο και στο ψηφιακό περιβάλλον.

Καθήκοντα

  • Διαχείριση και ενημέρωση περιεχομένου στην ιστοσελίδα (WordPress)
  • Συντονισμός και ανάρτηση περιεχομένου σε social media κανάλια
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες και συνεργάτες για παροχή πληροφοριών και υποστήριξη
  • Οργάνωση ραντεβού και υποστήριξη του ημερολογίου του διευθυντή
  • Διατήρηση και ενημέρωση της βάσης δεδομένων πελατών
  • Συνεργασία με την ομάδα marketing για προώθηση ακινήτων και υπηρεσιών
  • Υποστήριξη σε διοικητικά καθήκοντα και projects του γραφείου

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  • Εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση γραμματειακής υποστήριξης ή επικοινωνίας
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και επαγγελματική παρουσία
  • Καλή χρήση Η/Υ και εφαρμογών γραφείου
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης χρόνου

Επιθυμητά προσόντα

  • Εμπειρία σε real estate ή luxury services
  • Δημιουργική γραφή για social media & online περιεχόμενο
  • Προσαρμοστικότητα σε διαφορετικά καθήκοντα
