Trade Marketing Assistant - ON Trade
for our Marketing Department

based in our headquarters in Kifissia

What you will be doing:
The Trade Marketing Assistant – ON Trade position reports to the Trade Marketing Manager and its main purpose is to support the development of the annual ON-Trade business plan, ensure preparation and implementation of ON Trade promotional & activity plan, as well as continuous & accurate flow of information/reporting within the department

What Will Be Doing
The Trade Marketing Assistant – ON Trade position reports to the Trade Marketing Manager and its main purpose is to support the implementation of the annual ON Trade promotional & activity plan, as well as continuous & accurate flow of information/reporting within the department.

• Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and execution guidelines by channel / customer and brand
• Support the implementation of customers' individual activation programs (tailor made activation), in close cooperation with Brand Marketing and Sales, and visit Key Customers to ensure alignment when it is necessary
• Participate in the development of attractive, functional pop material & tools, and ensure the optimum channel / customers' allocation, along with optimized budget spent and efficient stock management
• Facilitate the communication between Brand Marketing and Sales teams, and proactively enforce the implementation of the relevant activities
• Monitoring of the trade channel activity calendar
• Support the team with the standard reporting for ON Trade channel, ensuring continuous flow of updated and accurate information within the department
• Follow-up and evaluate the in - store activities
• Secure the everyday flow of PO issuing procedure along with the required actions based on internal accounting policy

What we are looking for:

• Approximately 2 - 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing / Marketing / Sales Analysis field
• University degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• MBA or MSc in relevant field considers to be an asset
• Excellent command of English, both writing and speaking
• Strong user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Team spirit, self-driven and results-oriented, with strong communication and presentation skills
• Project management, organizational abilities, and decision-making skills
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and quick learning
