Location :
Skouries (Halkidiki, Greece).

Project Duration:
1,5 years, with possibility of extension.

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday.

For a new project in Skouries we are looking for
Construction Manager
(Mechanical/Electrical Engineer or Civil Engineer with experience in Hydraulisc)
to be part of the team of the Site.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the Manufacturing /Construction business, particularly related to the Industrial and Energy sectors.

Must have a successful track record of managing projects of significant complexity and high quality and safety specifications, both in Greenfield and Brownfield works.

Must be knowledgable of international standards and codes.

Experience in dealing with international clients, both end-users and EPC companies.

The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different company departments

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
  • Manage the daily functions of the business, specifically projects execution.
  • Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
  • Manage budget to align with goals of business.

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical or Electrical engineering diploma (Civil engineering with experience in piping hydraulics also)
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills with fabrication / field construction experience.
  • English proficiency mandatory.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, communication and peoples skills
  • Strong ability to multitask.
