People Business Partner Supervisor
to join our team.

Reporting to: Senior Internal Operations Director
The People Business Partner Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting the People Business Partnering function, ensuring high-quality HR services and alignment between business needs and People Operations initiatives. This role supervises the People Partnering team and plays a key role in driving consistent HR processes, employee relations, and talent initiatives across the organization.
Team Leadership & HR Operations
- Lead, guide, and develop the team of People Business Partners, ensuring effective delivery of People agenda to all departments.
- Oversee HR processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency in implementation.
- Monitor HR metrics and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Ensure timely and efficient communication between HR and business units.
- Develops and implements departmental budget.
Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related matters, including performance, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Partner with department heads and senior managers to understand business goals and translate them into effective people plans.
- Support organizational changes by ensuring proper communication, alignment, and employee support.
- Promote best practices in employee relations and support line managers in applying company policies fairly and consistently.
- Coach managers and employees on goal setting, continuous feedback, and development-focused performance discussions.
- Oversee full life cycle recruitment (job posting, sourcing and candidate engagement to negotiation and closing. Establish and maintain a pipeline of top talent; consider the diversity of candidate pools when conducting research.
Learning & Development
- Partner with managers and Business Partners to identify training needs and development priorities across teams.
- Lead the design, coordination, and evaluation of learning programs that enhance skills, engagement, and career growth.
- Encourage a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Monitor and report on participation and impact of L&D activities.
Labor Law & Compliance
- Provide guidance on employment legislation, contracts, working conditions, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor law and internal HR policies.
- Collaborate with external partners (e.g., legal advisors, auditors) on HR and compliance matters.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Leverage people analytics to inform business decisions, measure HR effectiveness and prepare 'CEO ready' presentations.
- Support People Operations projects and initiatives as required.
What we are looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in HR
, including at
least 5 years in a HR Business Partnering role
. - Prior experience in
supervising or mentoring HR professionals at least 2 years is a must
. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree preferred. - Fluency in Greek and English oral and written.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Hands on experience with HRMS system.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of
Greek labor law and payroll processes
. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with
salary benchmarking, reward strategy, and performance management systems. - Ability to
design and implement training programs from scratch. - Ability to balance operational efficiency with people-centric approaches.
