Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by maintaining candidate databases, scheduling interviews, and processing job offers
- Coordinate onboarding procedures for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Support payroll processing by providing necessary employee information for salary calculations and deductions
- Assist in implementing HR programs related to employee engagement, benefits administration, and performance management
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
