Requirements

  • Πτυχίο μαγειρικής τέχνης
  • Eμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε κουζίνα
  • Γνώσεις ISO και HACCP
  • Ευγένεια, ευχάριστη και φιλική προσωπικότητα
  • Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας και συνεργασίας
  • Επαγγελματική εμφάνιση και συμπεριφορά
  • Ενθουσιασμό, επαγγελματισμό και όρεξη να μάθει, να εξελιχθεί και να γίνει μέλος μιας διαρκώς αναπτυσσόμενης ομάδας
  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας με βάση τις οδηγίες του υπεύθυνου chef
  • Εκτέλεση όλων των εντολών που λαμβάνει από τον Α Μάγειρα ή τον Head Chef.
  • Να υπάρχει ισχυρή κατανόηση της ασφάλειας και της συντήρησης των τροφίμων (HACCP)
  • Ευελιξία και προσαρμοστικότητα σε απαιτητικές καταστάσεις
