SWOT Hospitality Management Company is excited to announce an opening for the position of Executive Housekeeper Manager at the prestigious Lindian Village, Curio Collection by Hilton in Rhodes, Greece.

The Executive Housekeeper Manager will oversee all aspects of the housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service are upheld. This role requires a hands-on approach to manage, train and enhance the performance of the housekeeping team while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service in all areas.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Manage and control inventory, ordering supplies as necessary while adhering to budget guidelines.
  • Implement efficient housekeeping procedures and policies, and ensure staff is trained and committed to these standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and consistent guest experiences.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and courteously.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, procedures, and best practices.
  • Effective communication skills and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficient in housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office.
