Your everyday work-life

Designing and implementing unified contract management policies and procedures within the framework of overall corporate governance

Drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts in collaboration with the Legal Department and other internal stakeholders
-
Monitoring compliance with contractual terms and proactively identifying risks or deviations
-
Highlighting issues and disputes arising during contract execution, aiming for effective negotiation and resolution by the responsible stakeholders
-
Providing well-founded advisory support to internal teams through the Local Admin Offices regarding procurement and contract matters
-
Maintaining organized contract records and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable legislation
As an ideal fit, you should have
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or Economics preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Contract Management and Legal Affairs

Strong knowledge of legal matters and procedures related to contracts

Understanding of contract terms and conditions

Skills in managing multiple stakeholders

A collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities

Attention to detail and organizational skills
