We are growing and thus looking for a
Project Manager.

Main Duties:

  • Leads and coordinates ERP implementation projects for clients, ensuring all phases are executed according to plan, scope, and budget
  • Develops detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines, assigning responsibilities and tracking progress for both Benefit Software and client teams
  • Identifies potential risks and obstacles early, analyzes their impact, and proactively implements mitigation strategies
  • Acts as the main point of contact with clients, ensuring continuous, clear, and professional communication, alignment of expectations, and resolution of conflicts
  • Inspires trust and confidence by leading proactively, motivating both internal teams and client stakeholders to remain committed and engaged
  • Anticipates issues, resolve them quickly, and minimize disruptions to project timelines
  • Balances priorities and commitments between client stakeholders and the Benefit Software team, ensuring accountability and progress
  • Provides timely and transparent reporting on project status, risks, and deliverables to management and clients.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in ERP implementation, IT projects, or enterprise software solutions
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, or similar)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive in identifying risks and skilled in resolving conflicts between internal and external stakeholders
  • Confidence in managing demanding clients, building trust, and maintaining professionalism
  • Strategic problem-solving skills with the capacity to anticipate bottlenecks and design contingency plans
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially when clients miss deadlines
  • Skilled in negotiation and persuasion to secure realistic commitments from stakeholders.

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
  • Strong technical understanding of ERP systems and enterprise business processes
  • Familiarity with the maritime/shipping industry (a plus but not mandatory).
