Electrica, a leading wholesaler of cables and electrical materials, is seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. If you excel at combining technical knowledge with B2B sales, this is the opportunity for you
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing pre-sales support and product recommendations
Understand customer requirements and translate them into accurate, customized product and solution offerings
Recommend alternative solutions that meet customer specifications
Assist the sales team in identifying opportunities, offering product expertise, and supporting deal closure
Support field sales representatives with technical insights, inside coordination, and customer communication
Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and applications to customers
Prepare and review technical documentation, quotations, and proposals to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer needs
Manage the full sales support cycle — from initial inquiry and quotation to order entry, tracking, and delivery coordination
Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and technical departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide responsive, customer-oriented solutions
Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM systems and follow up on leads and ongoing projects
Conduct market analysis, monitor competitors, and identify business opportunities
Educate clients on new products and technologies to support business development and long-term relationships
Achieve commercial targets and contribute to the development and expansion of the customer base
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of similar experience in B2B sales, preferably in electrical materials or related industries
Technical aptitude and understanding of electrical systems, cables, and related equipment preferred. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is a plus
Proven track record of success in sales
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are a must
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
