About The Role
We are looking for a
native Greek-speaking Pre-Sales Representative
to join our international team on a project in the hospitality industry.
This freelance, part-time position focuses on prequalifying leads, managing databases, and reaching out to potential partners in the vacation rental sector. It is ideal for professionals who enjoy client outreach, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in organized, goal-oriented environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prequalify leads and assess fit based on set criteria
- Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow-up
- Manage client-provided databases accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls to homeowners to explore vacation rental opportunities
- Encourage registrations on the clients platform
Candidate Profile
- Native-level Greek with strong communication skills
- Confident in conducting phone conversations (warm and cold calls)
- Experience in lead qualification or pre-sales is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with CRM/database tools
- Strong time management and collaboration skills
Work Schedule (Greek Time Zone)
- 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Morning shift: Mon/Wed/Fri 11:0014:00
- Afternoon shift: Tue/Thu 15:0018:00
Technical Requirements
- Stable broadband internet (LAN required)
- Desktop/laptop with Windows 11+ or macOS 13+
- Minimum: 1.8GHz processor, 8GB RAM, 10GB free disk space
- Wired USB headset
