Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Athens Metropolitan Area for a Junior Quality Assurance Consultant. The Junior Quality Assurance Consultant will be responsible for executing test cases, performing quality control and assurance activities, and supporting quality management processes on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills
  • Knowledge of Quality Management processes
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in food science or a related field
  • Previous experience in Quality Assurance roles is beneficial
  • Excellent use of Microsoft
    Office
  • English language fluency

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct business inspections and audits in accordance with International Standards.
  • Perform consulting visits to clients, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Prepare and support the development of quality management system documentation and studies.
  • Offer consulting services to clients on quality assurance and compliance matters.
  • Create detailed audit reports in line with established standards.
  • Client requests handling
  • Marketing support & content editing
  • Provide organizational and administrative support to the office.

Optional Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Master's degree (MSc) in a relevant field of study.
