Jouw Rol

Als Contact Center Agent ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige P2P (Procure to Pay) proces voor toegewezen aankopen namens diverse klanten. Deze rol omvat zowel inkoop- als orderbeheeractiviteiten.

Vereisten

  • Inkoopactiviteiten

  • Begrijp de specificaties en vereisten van de klant.

  • Zoek potentiële leveranciers en vraag offertes op.
  • Onderhandel over kwaliteit, prijs, kwantiteit, betalingsvoorwaarden, leveringstermijnen en verpakking.

  • Plaats bestellingen op basis van onderhandelde voorwaarden.

  • Orderbeheer

  • Volg bestellingen om te zorgen voor nauwkeurige en tijdige levering.

  • Los eventuele problemen op die zich voordoen tijdens het orderproces.
  • Beheer administratieve taken in het inkoopsysteem.
  • Verzorg de facturatie en administratie.

Vereisten

  • Opleiding: Secundair onderwijs
  • Ervaring: Kennis van inkoopprocessen en administratie is een pluspunt. Ervaring met ERP-systemen (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is een voordeel.
  • Talen: Nederlands op moedertaalniveau, met goede beheersing van Engels in woord en geschrift.

  • Klantgericht met een positieve, professionele houding.

Werkomstandigheden

  • Werktijden: Maandag - Vrijdag, 9:30 - 18:00
  • Contract: Voltijd, 40 uur per week
  • Locatie: Op kantoor, hybride of remote mogelijkheden in Sofia en Griekenland.
