Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team in Marousi.

As a Senior Project Manager with a Civil or Mechanical Engineering background, you will lead and supervise major construction and infrastructure projects, overseeing all phases of development—from design and tendering to contract management and on-site execution. You will ensure that all projects meet local regulations and are executed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle: planning, permitting, design coordination, procurement, construction, and closure.
• Oversee on-site construction teams and external subcontractors.
• Coordinate tendering processes and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with Greek building legislation, codes, and permit requirements.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, consultants, contractors, public authorities and the Owner's operational leadership, ensuring alignment between construction delivery and operational readiness.
• Monitor progress, address delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Negotiate terms and resolve issues with teams, suppliers, and authorities.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Greek construction legislation, permitting, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong project management background with the ability to handle multiple teams and tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent scheduling and time management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing interpretation.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree is a plus).
• 10+ years of professional experience in project management within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Valid driver's license and availability for on-site travel.
