is a UK startup helping brands monitor and improve how they appear in generative AI. The sector, Generative AI Optimisation, is similar to SEO but for Large Language Models (LLMs). Our platform provides marketing teams with visibility into how LLMs represent their brand, products, and competitors. We also provide recommendations for what actions to take to improve AI visibility

The Role:

We're looking for a BI Data Analyst to join our product team and lead the design of customer-facing dashboards and data views. Your goal is to help users extract value and insight from the data we generate—surfacing what matters, in a way that's intuitive, clear, and actionable.

This is a hybrid role, bridging BI expertise with UX thinking. You won't just build charts—you'll help decide what should be shown, why it matters, and how to best present it.

Location:

Anywhere in the E.U. Remote.

Key Responsibilities

- Design customer-facing dashboards and views within the platform

- Define key metrics and data logic in collaboration with product and engineering

- Translate complex datasets into clear, intuitive visualizations that drive user value

- Prototype new insight modules, working closely with designers and frontend developers

- Gather feedback from users to iterate and improve data displays

- Ensure data consistency, clarity, and performance across visual layers

What We're Looking For

- 3 years in a BI, data visualization, or analytics role in a SaaS or product-driven environment

- Strong experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Tableau) and SQL

- A sharp eye for clarity in data presentation, UX intuition for non-technical users

- Ability to define useful, actionable metrics—not just report on existing ones

- Comfortable working in product sprints and collaborating across design, engineering, and PM functions

- Bonus: experience with marketing analytics, SEO, or LLM/AI-driven data
