Αποτελεί έναν αξιόπιστο συνεργάτη για τους επαγγελματίες υγείας και έναν υπεύθυνο και καταρτισμένο προμηθευτή που μπορεί και προσφέρει σε όλους τους πελάτες της προϊόντα σύγχρονης τεχνολογίας και υπηρεσίες με ανθρώπινο πρόσωπο και σεβασμό.

Η ομάδα μας αναζητά έναν/μία Customer Service Agent που θα παρέχει ποιοτική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, διασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή διαχείριση παραγγελιών και την άψογη επικοινωνία με πελάτες.

Βασικά καθήκοντα:

  • Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών, εξασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή ροή της διαδικασίας.
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες για επιβεβαίωση πληροφοριών και παροχή υποστήριξης όπου χρειάζεται.
  • Συνεργασία με εσωτερικές ομάδες για την ορθή και έγκαιρη διεκπεραίωση παραγγελιών.
  • Τήρηση αρχείων και ενημέρωση δεδομένων.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 1 έτους σε εξυπηρέτηση πελατών ή συναφή ρόλο.
  • Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Ευχέρεια στην εισαγωγή δεδομένων.
  • Καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ.
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
